1 Place the sliced onion at the bottom of the slow cooker.

3 In a bowl, mix garlic, ginger, gochujang, soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and chicken stock.
4 Pour the sauce over the pork.
5 Cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender and can be shredded easily.
6 Shred the pork and mix with the sauce before serving.
