Instructions

Season the steaks with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a pan and cook the steaks to your desired doneness.

Mix all butter ingredients together and form into a log using cling film. Refrigerate until firm.

Slice the butter and place on top of the hot steaks before serving.
