1 Preheat your oven to 180°C.
2 Place the onion and peppers at the bottom of an oven-proof dish.
3 Place the meatballs on top of the veg.
4 Mix the passata with garlic, honey, baharat, salt, pepper, and water. Pour over meatballs and veg.
5 Cover the dish and bake for 20 minutes.
6 Remove the lid, increase oven to 200°C, and cook for another 10 minutes until meatballs are browned.
7 To make tahini sauce, combine tahini, garlic, and lemon juice. Add warm water until desired consistency is achieved.
8 Serve the meatballs with basmati rice and tahini sauce.
